Interview with Jay Chandrasekhar at the Hollywood Premiere of Beerfest
Writer/director/actor Jay Chandrasekhar says the idea for Beerfest came to the Broken Lizard group while they were traveling around on a PR tour. After challenging some of the locals to a beer drinking contest, the idea to make a movie about that very thing seemed like a pretty good concept.
